Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders with a high degree of accuracy to ensure on-time delivery.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock rotation (FIFO) within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trailers and shipping containers using proper rigging techniques and weight distribution.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of machinery and work areas to identify and report potential hazards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Assist in processing returns and managing damaged goods according to company protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center environment is a strong plus.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) with high reliability.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is highly desirable.
