Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Verify order quantities against packing slips to maintain 99.9% accuracy.
- Securely package items to ensure safe transit and damage prevention.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as directed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehousing, logistics, or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
