Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Pick, pack, and verify orders against shipping documents with high accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized and free of hazards to ensure smooth operations.
- Reporting: Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (we train).
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and barcodes.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team.
