Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict adherence to 5S standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners for accurate data entry.
- Collaborate closely with team leads to meet daily production targets and safety KPIs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but we offer comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Must possess the physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy are essential.
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) reliably.
- Open to relocation to Kansas City, MO or currently residing in the Georgia area.
