Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and containers using various material handling equipment.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization to ensure order accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipping with precision and speed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Schedule: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Documentation: Valid driverβs license and ability to pass a background check.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
