Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently and safely.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided if needed).
- Conduct inventory counts and verify stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar schedule).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math and reading skills for scanning labels and documents.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work overtime as needed.
- Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus but not required.
