Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform accurate order picking, packing, and shipping of goods to meet daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory accurately.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and equipment upkeep as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we train motivated individuals.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions (if applicable to dock doors).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to pass a background check.
