Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and package inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate stock levels through cycle counting and inventory reconciliation
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping and receiving goals
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital inventory systems
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
- No prior warehouse experience required – comprehensive training provided
