Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments
- Pick and pack orders with precision using provided equipment
- Operate warehouse tools (pallet jacks, scanners, etc.) with on-site training
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock checks
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain clean workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Assist in loading and dispatching outbound shipments
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math and counting skills
- Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- No prior warehouse experience required
