Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure stock levels are accurate.
- Operate scanning equipment to verify product information and barcodes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding lifting and handling materials.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
- Willingness to undergo a drug screen (background check not required).
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
