Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Load and unload trailers and trucks using proper material handling equipment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move inventory throughout the facility.
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quality standards.
- Perform general warehouse maintenance and janitorial duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to pass a standard drug screen (Background check is waived).
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not strictly required.
- Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions (climate-controlled warehouse).
