Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ in supervisory roles
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI-driven warehouse optimization
- Exceptional leadership abilities with proven conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work 40% on-site and 60% remotely in NYC metro area
