Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and organize goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate stock counts, verify incoming shipments, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Packaging & Shipping: Properly package items to ensure safe transit, prepare shipping labels, and organize outgoing pallets.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage orders quickly to meet daily shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Background Status: No background check required – immediate consideration given.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory and order processing.
- Equipment Operation: Basic knowledge of warehouse machinery (forklift certification is a plus but not required).
