Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move freight and materials within the facility.
- Inventory Control: Accurately scan, sort, and verify incoming and outgoing stock.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area at all times.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and report any issues to the shift lead immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to undergo a standard drug screen (background checks waived).
- Reliable transportation to the Detroit facility.
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.
