Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring optimal workflow efficiency and order accuracy.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety and productivity.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards across all shifts.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to manage stock shortages or surpluses.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions to upskill team members.
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (must be willing to obtain if not current).
- Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory control software.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods as required.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
