Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and cycle counts following FIFO protocols
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety certifications
- Inspect and prepare products for shipping, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain clean work areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse technology
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
