Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipping and delivery.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
- Material Handling: Load and unload shipments from trucks using appropriate equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks).
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible shifts (including nights and weekends).
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand instructions, with good verbal communication skills.
- Equipment Operation: Willingness to operate warehouse machinery (Forklift certification preferred but not always required).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
