Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move stock.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Inventory Control: Perform daily cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Material Handling: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments onto the warehouse floor.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and keep the workspace clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long shifts.
- Reliability: Must have a history of consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication: Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
