Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock and inventory materials.
- Pack and prepare products for shipment with high attention to detail.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock adjustments.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety targets.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during shift changes.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from our Phoenix facility.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in various temperature conditions.
- Willingness to undergo a simple drug screen (background check waived).
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
