Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before processing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions (cold storage areas).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for this entry-level role.
