Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move inventory.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and organization.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory accuracy maintenance to minimize stock discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software or RF scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
