Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and stage materials and products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and label orders according to customer specifications and quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and verifying incoming shipments, conducting cycle counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by adhering to 5S standards and reporting maintenance issues.
- Shipping & Receiving: Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery (including forklifts) in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Adherence to SOPs: Follow all standard operating procedures and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly. Ability to work in various temperature-controlled environments.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and math skills for inventory counts.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license may be required for some roles.
- Clean Record: No criminal background check required for this position.
