Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Control: Perform receiving, checking in, and inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners as required.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging before shipping.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team leads and other associates to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic Skills: Strong math and reading comprehension skills for scanning and labeling.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to and from the facility.
- Requirements: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Note: A background check is not required for this position.
