Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure stock accuracy within the warehouse.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Shipping & Receiving: Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing lists, and load outbound trucks.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized and free of obstructions to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
- No Background Check Required: Must be eligible for employment without a background check (or have a clean record).
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to communicate effectively with team leads.
