Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Operate warehouse machinery and maintain equipment in good working order.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical labor including lifting up to 50-70 lbs.
- Basic math skills for inventory and scanning purposes.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen (Background check not required).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Stockton facility.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Experience with warehouse operations is a plus but not mandatory.
