Responsibilities
- Loading, unloading, and moving freight within the warehouse and loading dock.
- Picking, packing, and scanning products to ensure order accuracy.
- Operating powered industrial equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Meeting daily performance and safety targets set by management.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours) and lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Ability to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
