Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment (training provided).
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and quality assurance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders to meet strict deadlines.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for long periods.
- Basic reading and math skills required for scanning and labeling.
