Responsibilities
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload trailers, freight, and materials using provided forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Verification: Check incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Organization: Sort, stack, and organize merchandise efficiently to maintain a safe warehouse environment.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to OSHA safety regulations and wear all required PPE.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on provided warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic Math: Strong reading and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work a full-time schedule.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required for entry-level roles.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we train motivated candidates.
