Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Load and unload trailers efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe for all team members.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve workflow issues.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- No criminal background check required for this role.
