Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks: Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing freight using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Prepare orders: Pick, pack, and verify items against customer orders with high accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organizing warehouse aisles.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate standard warehouse machinery and forklifts (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets safety standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent work history.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Communication: Basic ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
