Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package inventory using barcode scanners and labeling systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after proper training
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces to meet safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle checks for stock accuracy
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide paid training
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not mandatory)
- Basic computer literacy for data entry tasks
- Reliable transportation to our Indianapolis facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime
