Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, pack, and ship products using barcode scanners and RF guns
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after paid training
- Ensure workplace safety compliance and report hazards immediately
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Load/unload trucks using proper lifting techniques
- Complete paperwork and digital logs with precision
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train everyone!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid driver’s license preferred (not required)
