Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Management: Receive and inspect incoming stock, verifying quantities against purchase orders.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Freight Handling: Assist in loading and unloading trucks and cargo vans efficiently.
- Quality Control: Perform routine inventory counts and ensure all products meet quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic Literacy: Ability to read and follow basic instructions and safety signage.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to a full-time schedule.
- Teamwork: Strong desire to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to focus on tasks and maintain high accuracy levels.
