Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products and materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and vehicles.
- Verify and inspect items for damages, defects, or shortages before processing.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Package, label, and prepare orders for shipping with accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock management as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for scanning barcodes and processing orders.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Miami facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required for this entry-level position.
