Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders to meet daily productivity targets.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure accurate inventory counts using scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks accurately and safely.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience).
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
