Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with high accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Material Handling: Operate material handling equipment (Forklifts, pallet jacks) safely after certification.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors before processing.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and labels.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for counting and weighing items.
- Reliability: Punctual and willing to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Desire to Learn: A positive attitude and eagerness to succeed in a warehouse environment.
