Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload shipments using manual and powered equipment
- Manage inventory through scanning, counting, and documentation
- Pick and pack orders accurately for timely shipment
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces per safety protocols
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks after certification training
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies
Qualifications
- No experience required - we train all new hires
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to our Jacksonville facility
