Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Receive, inspect, and store raw materials and parts according to strict inventory protocols.
- Prepare and load shipments for outbound delivery with accuracy and speed.
- Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using automated systems.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with production supervisors to resolve material shortages or logistical issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, or in a similar logistics role.
- Certified Forklift Operator (CDL preferred but training available).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
