Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming merchandise into the warehouse inventory system.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and conveyors.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work.
- High school diploma or GED (preferred, but not strictly required for entry-level).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
