Responsibilities
- Receiving & Inspection: Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and ensure accuracy of goods received.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently select and package products for shipment using proper labeling and documentation.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and participating in cycle counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery (certification training available).
- Site Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with team members and supervisors to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
