Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select products from the warehouse floor and prepare them for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock organization.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn: No prior experience is necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when picking and packing orders.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to attendance.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to read labels, scan barcodes, and handle small amounts of currency.
