Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment after training.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Loading/Unloading: Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo safety.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand instructions and communicate with team members.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
