Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to strict standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and trailers efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required).
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to fast-paced warehouse operations.
