Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload shipments onto and off trucks and pallets using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick and Pack: Accurately pick, pack, and label orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe for all employees.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery and follow all safety protocols strictly.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Punctual with a strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Background: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (equivalent experience considered).
