Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, pack, and label merchandise for shipment to ensure accuracy.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to identify damages or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse floor to ensure safety compliance.
- Operate scanning equipment and inventory management systems efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Assist in organizing inventory and storage areas to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners is preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
