Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against packing lists.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment using appropriate materials and equipment.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hiring).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict adherence to OSHA standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks efficiently and safely.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory adjustments as needed.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse tasks.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for scanning barcodes and counting inventory.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to the New York facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
