Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage products using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Control: Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain stock organization to ensure order accuracy.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare and pack orders for shipment, ensuring all packaging materials are used correctly.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery and scanning devices (RF guns) efficiently during shifts.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming shipments for damages and resolve discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide paid training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- License: Valid Driver’s License required.
