Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload shipments from trucks and trailers using proper equipment.
- Pick and Pack: Accurately pick items from shelves and pack them for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols at all times.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliability: Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Attitude: Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
