Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels using our warehouse management system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery as required and trained.
- Loading & Unloading: Efficiently load and unload trucks, verifying shipments against manifests.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude and eagerness to be trained on warehouse operations.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and processing orders.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to a full-time schedule.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
