Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming stock to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided), to move goods safely within the facility.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to resolve issues and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Reliability: Punctual with a strong work ethic and ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Basic ability to read, write, and speak English clearly for safety instructions and teamwork.
